Celebrating its centenary in 2007, Solva Woollen Mill is the oldest continuously working woollen mill in Pembrokeshire and one of the few remaining working woollen mills in Wales. Owned by the Grime family since 1986, the mill's reputation for hard-wearing flat woven floor coverings continues with the introduction of new designs based on traditional patterns. In its time the mill has produced tweeds, flannel, blankets and wool for knitting, and now specialises in stair runners, carpets and rugs. Rugs can be bought at St Davids Studio Gallery.
